Booked a room with well facilities.

We think it's a chilled-out base for staying in Tokyo. The staff is being helpful and friendly. It has favourable central location near the Akihabara train station.

The room is rather small.

The staff team was very amiable, the rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with bunk bed and most utensils and well facilities.

The staff at this hotel are always available to provide advice at the reception. They were like knowledgeable tour guides, guiding us through the city and recommending the best places to visit, eat, and shop.

Instructions to reach the property were unclear.

The hotel had a great and particularly good position, to JR station. And it was also near to 3 key JR / metro stations as well as transport.

Our location was marvellous and favourable was fantastic with many restaurants located nearby. And it was also very close to the Akihabara train station.

The location was marvellous for me, close to the station. Chiyoda district was definitely worth visiting.

Greatly enjoyed the hotel, its amazing location and my large and brand-new room. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with well facilities. This location was favourable and magnificent, next to Akihabara & train stations, retro video games stores and many restaurants located nearby.

The hotel was quiet and nice, I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was patient, the room was beautiful, everything was modern.

The atmosphere created was family. The staff team was very friendly, the rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the comforts and bunk bed, as example. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a cooktop were really useful

The location of this accommodation was ideal, being very close to both public transport and plenty of great dining options. the large room size easily accommodated our family of four, along with all of our luggage, with space to spare. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer, which made packing for our Easter holiday much easier.

There was no complimentary tea or coffee available, which would have been a nice touch upon our arrival. we wish there had been a map provided with information about the surrounding area, such as location of convenient stores and good restaurants.

The location of the apartment was great, just a short walk to public transport and nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, easily accommodating our family of four and our luggage. We especially loved the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room.

On arrival, it would have been nice to have some complimentary tea and coffee. a map of the area with recommendations for convenient stores and good restaurants would have been helpful.
